Apex Tarp pre-orders

The Founders Edition is available for pre-order. Dispatch is expected to begin from November. This indicates when shipping starts, not the delivery date. The estimate applicable to your pre-order will appear in the offer and order confirmation.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, the usual delivery time is approximately 7–9 days. This is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination, transport and transit issues. If a significant change is expected, we will let you know by email.

Shipping costs and destinations

Shipping is free to mainland Spain, Portugal and France. The rate for the Balearic Islands is €4.90 and for other available European Union destinations it is €9.90. We do not ship to the Canary Islands. Availability and the applicable total will be shown before you confirm payment. If your destination is not available, write to info@pyrenaik.com before purchasing. No shipping charges will be added without your acceptance.

Tracking and issues

We will use the order email address to notify you of dispatch and provide tracking when available. Check your address before paying. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible: once dispatched, any change will depend on the carrier.

If the parcel does not arrive or is damaged, write to info@pyrenaik.com with your order number. Photos of the packaging and product may help us resolve the issue. Responsibility for transport is governed by statutory consumer rights.

Delays and cancellation

A pre-order does not limit your right of withdrawal or legal remedies for non-delivery. If we cannot meet the agreed date, we will tell you the revised estimate and your options. See the returns and refunds policy.
