These terms govern purchases and pre-orders placed in the PYRENAIK store. You can save or print them before purchasing. The applicable version is the one in force when you place your order.
2. Products and pre-orders
The features, kit contents, price and availability are described on each product page. The Apex Tarp Founders Edition is available for pre-order: dispatch is expected from November. Pre-order status does not remove your cancellation, withdrawal or warranty rights.
The €119 launch price applies to the complete kit described on the product page. After launch, that price will apply to the tarp with its carry bag, and accessories will be sold separately. This information does not change purchases already confirmed.
3. How to purchase
Select the items and quantities, review your bag and enter the details needed for delivery and payment. Before confirming, you can check the total and correct mistakes. The final checkout button creates an obligation to pay. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment for a pre-order is taken according to the method and amount stated there. If we identify an error that prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to offer a solution or the appropriate refund.
4. Price and delivery
The total price, applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown before payment is confirmed. Shipping to mainland Spain is free. For other destinations, the rate previously communicated and accepted applies. See our shipping policy.
Usual transit time after dispatch from Estonia is approximately 7–9 days. For pre-orders, this period starts on dispatch, not when the pre-order is placed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you without limiting your rights in the event of failure to deliver.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and warranty
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal and a conformity guarantee. The conditions, time limits and procedure are explained in the returns and refunds policy. We do not require you to accept a voucher instead of a legally due refund.
6. Use of the equipment
Use the equipment in accordance with its instructions and specifications. Ground conditions, pitching and maintenance affect its performance. These instructions do not exclude our liability for defects or other legally recognised rights.
7. Support and complaints
Write to info@pyrenaik.com with the order number and reason for contacting us. We will respond in writing to consumer complaints within the statutory time limit, generally 15 days. If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact the European Consumer Centre in your country or the competent dispute resolution body. See the European directory of dispute resolution bodies.
8. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under Estonian law, without depriving you of protection under the applicable mandatory rules of your country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by law; consumers are not required to waive the competent forum available to them.
